Frederick J. Pickard, 30, was a British subject residing in New York, New York, United States. He booked third-class passage aboard Lusitania and was on the ship when the Lusitania was torpedoed on 7 May 1915. He survived the sinking. Pickard sustained personal injuries and lost personal effects.
He became a naturalized American citizen on 14 June 1918.
